Season House Fall Photo Contest - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:

  • The Season House Fall Photo Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.
  • Employees of Season House and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  • Contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period:

  • The Contest begins on September 5, 2023 and ends on September 10, 2023.

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter the Contest, participants must:
    • Unbox their Season House subscription for the fall season.
    • Decorate their home with the items from the subscription, creating a fall-themed decor setup.
    • Take a high-resolution photo of their fall home decor.
    • Share the photo via email to hello@shopseasonhouse.com
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Entries must be submitted before the Contest's submission deadline on September 10, 2023.

4. Prizes:

  • $15 credit towards your next Season House Subscription box.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from Season House Home Decor based on creativity, attention to detail, and embodiment of the fall theme.
  • The judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
  • Winners will be announced by September 12, 2023.

6. Notification:

  • Winners will be notified via email.

7. Use of Entries:

  • By entering the Contest, participants grant Season House the right to use their submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions:

  • Season House reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Contest.
  • Participants agree to release and hold harmless Season House and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest.

9. Privacy:

  • Information submitted with an entry is subject to Season House's Privacy Policy.

By entering the Season House Fall Photo Contest, participants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by Season House, which are final and binding.
