What is the Season House box?

A monthly home decor subscription box delivering holiday/seasonal decor to help you celebrate the upcoming holiday.  Boxes contain 4-6 quality items and a style guide to help you decorate your home easily.  We describe our style as modern rustic, items may be a traditional, farmhouse, yet bring a modern vibe. Bring the warmth and excitement home each season!

How does it work?

Choose a 1, 3, or 6 month subscription.  Boxes are shipped monthly and coordinate with the upcoming holiday or season. If you choose a 3 or 6 month prepay you will receive 3 or 6 consecutive boxes.

How often will I get a box?

Boxes are shipped monthly in preparation for the upcoming holiday or season. Boxes ship around the 10th of every month providing you with decor for the following month.  This gives you plenty of time to celebrate and be festive! Example: boxes shipped in October will have Thanksgiving decor.  

What is a cut-off period?

We ship around the 10th of each month, the cut off date is the 9th of each month (unless we sell out sooner). If you purchase after the cut off period, you will receive the following month's box.  We must adhere to this policy so that you'll get the items in time to enjoy them for each holiday!

Is shipping included?

We want to include as many high quality decor items that we possibly can, therefore shipping is not integrated into the cost of the box.  We charge a discount rate of $7 (we absorb the rest). Our deepest apologies but shipping is limited to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time. 

What's in the box?

We like to keep it a surprise for our subscribers, however boxes can include: Decor (signs, table top decor, figurines, decorative trays, buntings, etc.) Greenery (faux garland, stems, wreaths, etc) Textiles (pillow covers, table cloths, table runners, hand towels, etc) Candles (scented candles, candlesticks) Style Guide (with pro-tips and inspiration on how to style your items). Items will vary depending on season or holiday. Some items may not be holiday specific and although they are great for that particular season, they can also be used all year long!

What holidays/seasons do you cover?

Winter, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Spring, Summer, 4th of July, End of summer, Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas 

Is there a contract?

No way! Boxes will be sent to you monthly while you are a subscriber. Feel free to cancel or pause anytime, hassle-free!

When will I be charged?

You will be charged your first payment upon signing up.  After that, all plans are set to renew on the 20th of each month. 3 and 6 month plans will renew on the 20th of the 3rd or 6th month. 

How do I cancel or unsubscribe?

Although we hate to see you go, you may login to your account to manage your subscription at any time.  In your portal you are able to make changes to your account.  Please cancel BEFORE the renewal on the 20th.  If you cancel after a renewal, you will be cancelling the next month. We'd love to have you back if you change your mind!

How do I update my payment, address, or other information?

Login to your account to update information such as payment and address.  We cannot be responsible for shipments made to an incorrect address. Please make sure your information is current. 

What if I don't like the items in my box?

Although we spend a lot of time carefully selecting each item, we know that styles vary from person to person.  If there's something in your box that doesn't fit your style, we recommend that you gift it to a neighbor or friend.  They may love it! Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds.  

What do I do if something arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours at hello@shopseasonhouse.com if an item arrives damaged or broken.  We do our best to securely package for shipping, but we know these things happen from time to time. We will ask for a photo of the damaged item for use in our packaging department only, we want to prevent it from ever happening again! We will either issue a refund or send a new product, depending on availability.

I'm an influencer, can I review your box?
